Q: I purchased a copy of the 2023 Illio Yearbook, when will I receive it?
A: The 2023 book is delayed. We expect it to ship mid-to-late October. We apologize for the delay but we are confident you will love the book we lovingly created.
Q: My yearbook arrived and it is damaged, what should I do?
A: Give us a call, we’ll make sure you get a new one right away. 217-337-8314
Q: When is the next session for Senior Pictures?
A: The next session will start September 12, 2023
Q: What should I wear for my senior pictures?
A: Professional dress is preferred – pictures are only from the waist up! We will have Cap & Gowns with tassels available for you to use.
Q: I missed getting my picture taken during one of the scheduled sessions. Can I still get my picture in the yearbook?
A: You must get your picture taken at one of our senior portrait sessions in order to be pictured in the book.
Q: It has been a month and I still have not received my senior picture proofs, what do I do?

Q: I am graduating in December, what yearbook should my senior picture be in?
A: It is completely up to you, we suggest whichever year most of your friends are in.
Q: I am buying two books. Do I need to pay two shipping fees?
A: The shipping fee is included with the cost of the book so we do not discount shipping multiple copies.
Q: I need to pay for my senior picture or yearbook. What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check (no starter checks please), Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Electronic payments can be made via Stripe, Paypal or Venmo.
Q: I want to work on the yearbook staff. What should I do?
A: We are always looking for writers, photographers and designers to help with the yearbook. Please contact editor-in-chief Faith Lee fklee2@illinimedia.com to find out about available opportunities.
Q: I’m looking for a copy of an old Illio Yearbook, is any year available?
A: We have limited quantities of previous Illios available for sale. Prices vary based on the age of the book and how many copies we have. Books from 2007 through 2020 are available for purchase, and scattered copies from earlier years are available on a very limited basis. Please call our office 217-337-8314, to see if the Illio yearbook you are looking for is available.
Q: I have an old Illio. Can I donate it?
A: We are always looking for copies of previous Illio to make our set complete. If you have come across Illios, perhaps from a parent or relative, that you no longer want, we will gratefully take them off of your hands and add them to our permanent archives. Donated books can be sent to Illio Yearbook, attn: Melissa Pasco, 1001 S Wright Street, Champaign, IL 61820. All donations are tax-deductible.
